Did Jabez live in the Sudan?

I am ashamed to say that I own the book. I didn’t pay for it. It was given to me - but in a moment of weakness, I failed to throw it on the bonfire - and it remains in my office. My daughter Ellie touched it the other day whilst playing with the books on the shelf. I should probably check her hands for burn marks….

I think the quote (which comes from the back of the book) says it all. We need to ship a few hundred thousand of these over to the Sudan, where the Sudanese Christians who are starving to death and being mercilessly slaughtered through systematic genocide can read about little Jabez, and they can grab hold of those blessings that God so longs to give them - for them to know His favor and power and protection.
